Amazon Booster SBBX

Amazon Booster SBBXTM  is based on four of the most adaptogenic plants of South America. Known for years, Maca, Suma, Muira Puama and Guarana’ have been used by the indigenous tribes to improve their strength and fight fatigue.

Maca (Lepidium meyenii) is an herbaceous perennial plant native to the high Andes of Peru and Bolivia. It is grown for its fleshy hypocotyl (actually a fused hypocotyl and taproot), which is used as a root vegetable and a medicinal herb. Randomized clinical trials have shown that maca has favorable effects on energy and mood, may decrease anxiety and improve sexual desire. Maca has also been shown to improve sperm production, sperm motility, and semen volume. Maca root can help mood support.

Suma (Pfaffia paniculata) is a large, rambling, shrubby ground vine with an intricate, deep, and extensive root system. In South America suma is known as para toda (which means “for all things”) and as Brazilian ginseng, since it is widely used as an adaptogen with many applications. The indigenous peoples of the Amazon region have used suma root for generations for a wide variety of health purposes, including as a general tonic; as an energy, rejuvenating, and sexual tonic; and as a general cure-all for many types of illnesses. Suma has been used as an aphrodisiac, a calming agent, and to treat ulcers for at least 300 years.

Muira puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides Bentham), also called “potency wood,” is a small tree that grows to 5m high and is native to the Brazilian Amazon and other parts of the Amazon rainforest. Historically, all parts of muira puama have been used medicinally, but the bark and roots are the most-utilized. It has long been used in the Amazon by indigenous peoples for a number of purposes. Native peoples use the stems and roots from young plants as a tonic to treat neuromuscular problems. Muira puama has been gaining in popularity used to help fighting for impotence, depression, menstrual cramps, PMS and central nervous system disorders.

Guaraná (Paullinia cupana) is a creeping shrub native to the Amazon. The Guaranis, from whence the plant’s name is derived, dry and roast the seeds and mix them into a paste with water. They then use it much the same way as chocolate to prepare various foods, drinks, and medicines. The rainforest tribes have used guaraná mainly as a stimulant and astringent. It is often taken during periods of fasting to tolerate dietary restrictions better. Presently, guaraná is taken daily as a health tonic by millions of Brazilians, who believe it helps overcome heat fatigue, combats premature aging, detoxifies the blood, fatigue, and arteriosclerosis.
